At Pimenta Brazil, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase you make. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us, as well as the shipping costs for the new item to be sent to you.
Non-Refundable Items
Unfortunately, certain items cannot be refunded. These include:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
